“Give It A Whirl”blog hop challenge was to make a pinwheel project. I was excited about this one cause I really wanted to make pinwheel blocks. I like energy and movement these blocks have.
I ended up not having the time to sew that I thought I would. I did get some blocks made and will continue to work on quilt top in the days to come.
I paper pieced these blocks using the discontinued fabric line English Cottage by Maywood Studio.
Some blocks are still a work in progress.
Thank you so much for stopping by. I will add an update to this post when I complete the quilt top. Stay tuned.

These are lovely intricate blocks, so it is completely understandable that you couldn’t get finished. Great idea to make pinwheels with flying geese! I didn’t quilt my quilt and decided it is better to take my time to make it right rather than rush through it. Enjoy making the rest of the quilt and be sure to show us when it is finished.

I love your choice of pinwheel blocks and your fabrics. I get the not quite finished issue. It happens to all of us at some time or another. Great of you to share what you did get started.
