Over the summer we have seen a lot of rain and that has had it’s toll on my tomatoes. They have suffered blossom end rot, cracking, and aphids (that’s another post for next time). I just came to a place where I had to make a decision to give up. After all there is always next year.

I tried, I learned, and I’ll give it another try next year. Of course I still have my cherry tomatoes left. I don’t think they are going to make it to fruition though.

The heat wasn't so bad, it was all the rain and ants. I found out that ants and aphids go together like bees and honey. Just awful!

We were lucky that only a handful of our tomatoes looked like yours. The summer hit just wrecks havoc on them!
