Finally got some time to get this post out. Better late than never. I had a little time last week to work on my Bittersweet block. It’s January’s block from the book Prairie Flower by Barbara Brackman.
It’s not ready to applique yet. I still have the 4 stems and leaves left. Sorry about the color of the background block. I had to go outside to photograph cause it was too dark inside and the background color came out looking sky blue.

Hi Teresa, I have finished my prairie blocks a few years ago. It was my first serious appliqué project. I am hooked. Your blocks are lovely. Can't wait to see all of them together.
