The challenge was to make something showing a mode of transportation. I kinda fell short of that. I ended up as always not having the time that I thought I would have. It’s a familiar story. So what I did instead was make a trash bag for my vehicle. I rarely fly. Not that I don’t like to but I like having my own vehicle with me. I don’t like taking an Uber everywhere.
I thought this would be a quick day project. Leave it to me to take a simple project and turn it into an all nighter. I annoy myself. lol
I used a Simplicity pattern. The inside is vinyl. That did make the construction a little hard to sew. I most likely will make a few more. I have cross stitch retreat coming up this summer. It’s gets messy in my vehicle when I travel. Just saying. lol

Trash bag for my car is the semi-disposable grocery store bags that I find some way to hang between the front seats of the car. When full it gets thrown away. There are always more since hubby doesn’t take a bag in (or more) when je shops.

I wish you had shared directions to make. I could use this bag for my car, my husband is always complaining that I am messy. (It is not really me but my Aunt who I have to drive everywhere).

Your bag is SO cute! We usually use an empty McDonald’s bag in our car, but I’m pretty sure your bag is more sturdy, and it looks nicer too. Thanks for sharing.

A trash bag is a must on a road trip but mine usually consists of a plastic grocery bag. Yours is way cuter! It’s those “simple” things that usually annoy us when we’re in a hurry. Thanks for sharing, Michelle…love the bag!

I have had a trash bag for my car on my bucket list for a long time. Some times the things we love do tend to annoy us the most! LOL!! Great job.
