Virtual Cookie Exchange Blog Hop

The Virtual Cookie Exchange is a deliciously sweet hop hosted annually by Carol of Just Let Me Quilt. I’m so excited to be a part of this fun hop again for a 3rd time. Thanks so much for hosting Carol.

You can see my post from last year here.

This year I decided to share one of my husbands favorite cookies. Aside from cheesecake and honey, he loves pecans.

This recipe makes at least 2 dozen if you use a small scoop to drop the dough onto the cookie sheet.

You can sprinkle sugar sprinkles onto the dough drops if you like. I used the large granules as you can see in the above picture. Then you press a pecan half onto the center of the dough drops. Then bake.

Cookies don’t last long at my house.

Have to get them before they’re gone.

Drawing Now Ended

Have a wonderful day.

  1. The cookies look delicious! Susan’s pecan crop wasn’t so great this year, so that means next year will be a bumper crop! Your cookie recipe would be perfect for using some of her wonderful pecans. Merry Christmas!

  2. Those look so delicious. My son hates nuts in anything, so I do not have the luxury of enjoying a cookie like that. I can dream though. Thanks for the recipe.
