A few weeks ago, after some overnight rain, I had a ton of birds in my yard. Most of them were hunting for the worms that come to the surface after a storm.
This little caught my attention. Not because he was different. He looked like all the other Robins in the yard. It was because he was the best at snagging worms.
I sat in the opening of my glass sliding door and took a bunch of pictures trying to catch him in the act. He was fast.
He seemed to know I was watching and didn’t mind for the most part.
But he would occasionally disappear behind a bush.
He sees the worm….
down he goes….
missed the shot, he was too fast.
After some persistence, I finally catch him in the act of worm snagging.
Watching him do what he does so well, reminds me of a scripture.
Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
1 Corinthians 10:31
