When Carol at Just Let Me Quilt posted for sign up’s I chose to join because I wanted a reason to make these hourglass blocks. I haven’t made to many and I’ve had some trouble with them in the past. So I decided to give them another try.
Making the blocks, I paper pieced them hoping to give myself a chance to be more on point with the blocks. It did help a lot.
So, I made my block into a mug rug. I still have to bind it but honestly, I really don’t like binding. lol
I’m happy with how it turned out and it was fun to make.
