Stitch Me Up Blog Hop…..My Day!

I’ve been looking forward to today so I could show you my project. I have definitely enjoyed making my project and it has been wonderful to see what everybody else has done.

Thanks to Mdm Samm of Sew We Quilt and Jane of Jane’s Fabrics (our cheerleader) for putting together this hop. Also thanks to our sponsor Colonial Needle.

We had some wonderful patterns to choose from (Mdm Samm, Debbie, and Cindi) and I wanted to make them all. I most definitely will at some point but for the hop I choose Nana’s Chair by Debbie of Busy As Can Be.

UPDATE: Debbie has added this pattern to her Etsy store for purchase, for those who would like to stitch Nana’s Chair and didn’t participate in this hop.

I adore dress forms and of course, I was a Grandma’s baby, so how could I resist making this one? I couldn’t.

So here it is:

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Here is today’s hop list……be sure to leave some love for everyone!

  1. Luv Nana’s comfy chair, the stitching, colors and embellishing beads are perfect. It would look wonderful in an old frame in my guest bedroom…great job. Enjoy your Easter weekend, Pauline

  5. I love your cozy little chair. The Presencia threads are so nice but I’m having to learn which # to use with what project. I ordered a #16 mistakenly so I had to double up since it was so thin but I made it work
